No harassment or unwanted targeting
Do not threaten, bully, stalk, shame, intimidate or repeatedly target another person. Respect blocks and other signals that someone does not want further interaction.
No hate or dehumanisation
Do not attack, degrade or promote hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
No graphic or glorified violence
Do not share graphic injury, cruelty, credible threats or content that celebrates serious violence.
No illegal or dangerous activity
Do not use MomentSwap to facilitate crime, exploitation, dangerous acts or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
Protect privacy
Do not share another person’s private information or intimate material without permission. Avoid showing home addresses, passwords, financial details or other information that should not be sent to a stranger.
No scams, spam or manipulation
Do not use MomentSwap for fraud, phishing, mass promotion, malware, deceptive impersonation, automated spam or attempts to manipulate matching or moderation systems.
Respect ownership
Only upload content you created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to share.
Report and block
Use Report when content or an account breaks these rules. Use Block if you do not want further interaction with someone. Reports may result in content removal or account action.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, action can include preventing delivery, removing content, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension or permanent account closure.
