1. The service
MomentSwap lets adults capture and exchange photos or three-second videos, receive Moments from others, react to content, publish selected Moments to a profile or Explore, and use related social and discovery features.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide truthful age and account information.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate another person through, or misuse an account.
4. Your content
Only upload or send content that you created or have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content. You grant MomentSwap a limited licence to host, process, moderate, deliver, display and technically adapt it as reasonably needed to operate, protect and improve the service.
5. Community rules
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Content or behaviour that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, invasive of privacy or otherwise unsafe is not allowed.
6. Random matching
Random delivery is subject to availability, moderation, blocking, fairness, technical and abuse-prevention rules. No match, reaction, response, repeat connection or particular destination is guaranteed.
7. Private and public sharing
A Moment is not added to your public profile or Explore unless you choose the relevant publishing option. A matched recipient may still view a delivered private Moment.
8. Location
Location features are designed around broad areas rather than street-level or live precise location. Do not include private location or other sensitive identifying information in a Moment or profile.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated systems and authorised human review to moderate content. We may delay or prevent delivery, remove content, warn users, limit features, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence or contact authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.
10. Reports and blocks
Users can report content or accounts and block other users. We may investigate reports and take proportionate action. Support can be used to ask us to review an eligible moderation decision.
11. Service availability
MomentSwap may change, add or remove features and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular number of matches or users.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using MomentSwap at any time and may request account deletion from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, legal requirements, security risks or abuse.
13. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MomentSwap is provided without guarantees about uninterrupted availability, matching outcomes or content posted by other users.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or safety requirements. If a change is material, we may ask you to review and accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
