Delete from the app
Open MomentSwap → You → tap the settings gear → scroll to Account → tap “Delete account permanently”. Confirm the warning. MomentSwap will delete the account and sign you out. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot access MomentSwap
Open the Support page, choose the account access/deletion subject, enter the email address used for your MomentSwap account and explain that you want the account deleted. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.
What deletion covers
In-app deletion removes your authentication account, profile and Moments you sent from active MomentSwap systems. A Moment another person sent to you remains that sender’s content, but your deleted account is no longer attached as its recipient.
Limited retention
Some information may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, abuse investigations or backup integrity. Retained information is not kept for ordinary product use.
Before you confirm
Permanent in-app deletion cannot be cancelled or undone once it succeeds. If you only want to take a break, sign out instead of deleting your account.
